The word Sofra itself comes from an ancient Arabic word, meaning dinner table, picnic or KILIM. It is also a synonym for generosity and hospitality. We at Sofra Grill like to think our restaurant is synonymous with those same warm and inviting traits.

Mediterranean Cuisine is very much the product of cultural influence and exchange. Here at our new Sofra Grill location in Richmond Hill we pride ourselves on the freshest, best tasting Mediterranean food with Turkish, Egyptian and Israeli influences synonymous for generosity and hospitality.

Our dining room and patio are family oriented, casual and comfortable. We serve everything from fresh fish and seafood to vegetarian choices and crowd-pleasing dishes such as shawarma and shish kebobs. We are open 7 days a week with dine in, take out, delivery and catering services. Delicious brunch served every Saturday and Sunday.
