Our company’s journey began in 1980, when Kader Sezer started his career at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). During this period, we also provided consulting services to import companies, particularly in preparing import and export documents through the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade.

With Türkiye’s accession to the Customs Union in 1995, import-export documentation requirements were lifted, and we expanded our services into new areas. From that time onward, we specialized in consulting for After-Sales Service Competence Certificates (SSHYB) issued by the Ministry of Industry, as well as authorized service network setups, maintenance-repair documentation, and warranty certificates.

Since 1999, under the management of Gamze Alağaş, we have proudly supported thousands of companies with their certification, regulatory compliance, and authorized service network needs.

Following his retirement from TOBB in 2005, Kader Sezer continued contributing to the industry. In 2013, he became a member of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) 65th Committee for Consulting Services and chaired the Legislation Monitoring & Evaluation Commission, playing a key role in shaping the sector. As of 2022, he serves as the Deputy Chairman of ATO’s 65th Committee on Consulting Services.

Today, our company provides professional consultancy for establishing authorized service networks and obtaining required approvals from the Ministry of Trade for imported products such as electronics, household appliances, computers, phones, medical devices, satellite receivers, and watches.
