Navigating intense metropolitan traffic demands adaptable and swift urban transport options, particularly for urgent business documents and sensitive parcel shipments. Where conventional vans and cars encounter severe road congestion across Istanbul, two-wheeled motorized delivery teams provide an effective transit channel. Alp Kurye operates a dedicated motorcycle courier network designed to connect commercial hubs and residential areas across both continents of the city.
The service perimeter encompasses key districts on the Asian side, including Tuzla, Pendik, Ümraniye, Kadıköy, and Maltepe, while extending throughout European side business districts such as Levent, Maslak, Şişli, Beşiktaş, and Bakırköy. Dispatch coordinators take orders via communication channels and assign tasks to couriers in the field. Shipments are picked up directly from office receptions or residential doorsteps and carried promptly to their designated recipients.
Tiered Delivery Solutions
To meet diverse client needs based on time sensitivity and delivery deadlines, the transport network is structured into three distinct service classes:
• Standard Courier: Best suited for routine intra-day business correspondence and packages that do not require emergency dispatch. Consignments are typically delivered within 180 to 240 minutes, depending on urban transit distances.
• Express Courier: An expedited transport alternative handling prioritized deliveries faster than standard schedules, reaching destination points within 120 to 180 minutes.
• VIP Courier: The swiftest and most direct service tier, designated for critical documents and urgent parcels. Field personnel proceed immediately between pickup and drop-off addresses, ensuring arrival within 60 minutes for shorter distances and up to 90 minutes across broader metropolitan stretches.
