The roots of Sandalye Sarayı trace back to 1977, when master craftsman İsmail Erbir opened a small wood carving workshop. This humble beginning soon evolved, and in 1980, together with his business partners, he officially established the company under the name “Dostlar Sandalye” as a sole proprietorship.

The year 1995 marked a major milestone in our journey toward professionalism and growth. Embracing a corporate structure, we became “Dostlar Orman Ürünleri Sandalye Mobilya İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.”, expanding both our production capacity and market reach.

In 2011, we entered the retail sector with the brand Sandalye Sarayı, aiming to bring high-quality seating solutions directly to consumers. While we’ve modernized our machinery and manufacturing processes, we’ve never abandoned the value of traditional craftsmanship. Our skilled artisans continue to hand-finish each product with care, ensuring timeless quality in every piece.

Our showroom and production centre are in Siteler which is the oldest furniture centre in Ankara/Turkey.
