Starting as a retail business, we expanded our operations to include high-tech production and research, offering our customers durable, high-performance sealing components.

Our company specializes in the production of O-rings, HNBR, NBR, silicone, Viton, neoprene, PU, EPDM, SBR, natural rubber, and polyacetal components. In 2014, we added a Rubber Injection Machine to our production line, enabling us to deliver custom solutions from design to material selection, color matching, and finishing.

Ege Conta offers a wide range of sealing solutions designed to withstand extreme conditions, chemicals, and mechanical stress:

• • Nitrile (NBR): Ideal for mineral oils, lubricants, group H, HL, HLP oils, and light fuels. Temperature range: -30°C to +105°C (short-term +120°C).
• • HNBR: Hydrogenated NBR with high heat and mechanical resistance, suitable for -30°C to +150°C.
• • Silicone: Maintains elasticity from -60°C to +200°C; excellent ozone and air resistance.
• • Viton (FKM-Fluorel): Chemical and grease-resistant; temperature range -30°C to +225°C.
• • Neoprene (CR): Durable against tearing, abrasion, flame; -45°C to +100°C.
• • Polyurethane (PU): Excellent pressure sealing, abrasion, ozone resistance; -30°C to +100°C.
• • EPDM: Resistant to phosphate, ester fluids, automotive brake fluids; -40°C to +145°C.
• • SBR: Resistant to glycol-based brake fluids, inorganic acids, bases, and alcohols; -50°C to +100°C.
• • Natural Rubber (NR): Highly flexible; -60°C to +100°C.
• • Polyacetal (POM): General bearing material for hydraulic-pneumatic systems; -40°C to +140°C.
