The company was founded in 1992 by two brothers who both have professional tailoring experience. Our production facility is situated just a half-hour drive from Atatürk Airport in Istanbul.

Our manufacturing philosophy revolves around answering three key questions:

– What does our customer need?
– How can we fulfill this need?
– When do they need it?

Our mission is to design and produce high-quality garments and deliver them to our customers exactly when they need them.

Adhering to this philosophy, ERYILMAZ has grown into a reputable company, producing and exporting high-quality tailored menswear to major European and American retailers and brands.

Our product range includes everything from classic fine tailoring to casual and washed garments, including jackets, trousers, suits, and overcoats.

Our total production capacity is 1,000 suits per day, operating 235 days a year. The majority of the fabrics we utilize in our production are sourced from Turkey, a global leader in the fabric industry and a top European producer known for its quality, price, and innovation. All major fabric mills and trim suppliers are within an hour’s drive of our Istanbul facility.

In addition to Turkish fabrics, we also source a significant amount of materials from abroad, with Italy being our primary import origin.

We maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with an extensive network of fabric suppliers. By staying updated on their new fabric ideas and collections, we ensure a quick response to any customer requests related to fabrics.

The factory’s layout technology and moving system are designed to ensure the garments produced meet high-quality standards.

Equipped with modern machinery, our factory includes Assyst pattern and lay planning with a computerized cutting system. Pressing machines include Hoffmann, Indupress, and Brisay, while stitching machines are from Juki, Pfaff, and Brother.

All garments are fully fused using an engineered system based on German technology.

LEAD TIME
We aim to enable our customers to have goods in their European warehouses within 5 weeks from the receipt of fabric. Our organization is structured to maintain a fast response and continuous improvement through investments in technology and ongoing training.

QUALITY CONTROL
We have a dedicated and experienced team overseeing quality control, from fabric inspection to the factory floor and into the finished goods warehouse.

Our facility has passed all major CSR audits and is certified according to international Corporate Social Responsibility standards.
