Founded in 1962 by Mr. Durmuş Pazar, Gürpazar began its journey producing commercial refrigerator locks and hinges with the technology available at the time. Over the decades, the company continuously evolved by adopting new technologies and expanding its product range. In 1976, Gürpazar started manufacturing refrigerator shelves and steadily increased its variety of wire products.

In 1999, Gürpazar launched its production of supermarket shelves and internal fittings, and by 2002, it established a dedicated factory for metal stand manufacturing. Today, Gürpazar operates from modern facilities covering 2,350 m² of indoor space and 1,000 m² of outdoor area. Additionally, it has a 2,500 m² mold workshop and other production units outside the main factory.

Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, including CNC sheet metal processing, CNC wire bending, laser sheet cutting, spray tunnel conveyor paint shops, CNC wire erosion mold workshops, and cutting-edge screen printing facilities.

Industrial Design
At Gürpazar, we focus on creating product stands that combine aesthetic appeal with functional excellence. Our designs prioritize optimal cost, user ergonomics, ease of assembly, and the specific needs of sales points. Our industrial designers develop new stands based on customer requests that are easy to assemble, cost-efficient, transport-friendly, and most importantly, ergonomic. The design process starts with customer input and continues until final product approval.

Engineering
Following the stand design request, we gather preliminary information and start product development. We conduct market research, analyze product use environments, monitor technological advances, and study competitors. Sales, marketing, service, cost estimation, and manufacturability analyses are also performed. A full-scale 3D digital model of the stand is created, with detailed mechanical design of interworking parts. These technical efforts ensure prototype and production process testing in a virtual environment. Engineering analyses and tests evaluate operational limits and performance under working conditions.

Graphic Design
Graphic design services cover all visual areas for the products and stands. We work either directly with clients or through agencies, based on customer requirements and wishes. Visuals, including product details placed on cutting templates, are prepared for printing using various advanced computer programs.
