Hedef Nakliyat | Residential moving and hoist lift transport services

Established in 1980, Hedef Nakliyat A.Ş. provides comprehensive residential, intercity, and commercial logistics services across all 39 districts of Istanbul and throughout the 81 provinces of Turkey. Operating with over four decades of industry experience, the company conducts all moving procedures using its own dedicated personnel rather than subcontracted crews. Holding official K1 and K3 transport authorization certificates, the firm operates in strict compliance with Turkish commercial transportation standards and solidifies every relocation through formalized written contracts.

Systematic Relocation Process and Planning

Moving a household involves meticulous planning beyond the simple dispatch of a transport vehicle. Hedef Nakliyat begins each project with a comprehensive preliminary survey that evaluates household volume in cubic meters, room numbers, floor levels, building access conditions, and estate management scheduling constraints. Key logistical details, comprehensive service boundaries, exact addresses, and costs are established in a formal contract prior to moving day.

To ensure complete item protection, packing procedures are carried out room by room using dedicated labeling protocols. Each container is marked with its corresponding destination room, ensuring that unloaded items are placed directly where they belong rather than congregating in entrance hallways. The transport fleet utilizes enclosed box trucks equipped with securing straps and stabilization blocks to prevent load movement on transit routes, steep gradients, and speed ramps.

Technical Capabilities and Telescopic Hoist Cranes

To mitigate the challenges of multi-story buildings, narrow stairwells, and strict property management elevator bans, Hedef Nakliyat utilizes vehicle-mounted telescopic hoist systems capable of reaching up to the 15th floor. Whenever facade conditions permit, this mobile lift transfers packaged furniture, heavy home appliances, and sensitive belongings directly through balconies or wide windows, completely eliminating scratches and damage to interior communal walls and doorframes.

Core Service Lines

The company’s operational scope covers several distinct transportation services:

• Residential moving: Complete door-to-door relocation of domestic furnishings, kitchenware, and fragile decor, including professional packing, loading, transit, and targeted room unloading.
• Intercity relocation: Long-haul transportation originating from Istanbul to destinations across Turkey, configured with durable multi-layer wrapping and scheduled delivery dates specified in advance.
• Telescopic hoist lift moving: External facade elevator deployment reaching up to 15 floors for safe, expedited vertical transfers without reliance on internal stairs.
• Corporate and office moving: Commercial relocations planned outside regular business hours or during weekends to minimize downtime for corporate teams.
• Carpentry and furniture assembly: On-staff specialized carpenters manage the dismantling, hardware bagging, and reassembly of large wardrobes, bed frames, and modular furniture systems at the new destination.

Transit Insurance and Cargo Protection

Hedef Nakliyat addresses operational security through tangible documentation. Relocations are secured under a comprehensive 1,000,000 TL commodity transit insurance policy issued through Axa Sigorta, covering accident-related damages across loading, transportation, and unloading stages. Prior to vehicle departure, policy documents and contracts are provided directly to the client. Upon final placement at the new premises, a joint walk-through inspection is conducted alongside the moving crew to verify the delivery status of every labeled box against the inventory list.
