Founded on a strong family heritage, Hefa Group traces its origins back to 1955, when the Şahinler family began producing bags in Istanbul’s Mercan district. Over time, the company expanded its operations into wholesale trading of construction materials, artificial leather, cardboard, threads, and accessories, steadily growing its business footprint.

In 1974, Hefa Group entered the industrial sector by establishing its first artificial leather production facility. This milestone was followed by the launch of Fayteks in 1989 and the Hefa Artificial Leather factory in Hadımköy in 1992, significantly strengthening its manufacturing capabilities.

Continuing its growth journey, the company established a second production facility in 2013 in the Velimeşe Organized Industrial Zone, specializing in textile dyeing. Today, Hefa Group operates with a total of 36,000 m² production area and a 4,000 m² showroom and retail space, serving both domestic and international markets.
