With 38 years of experience, Interofis Global Connect is a leading global organisation that serves as the Mediterranean Regional Representative of the TURÇEF Certified Translation Federation. We provide professional written and oral translation services in 44 different languages and offer specialised consultancy services to foreigners in Turkey, assisting with both private and corporate matters. Founded in 1986 as Interofis Tercümanlık ve Uluslararası Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi by historian, writer, philologist, and tour guide Serhat KUNAR, our organisation has a rich heritage of scholarship and practical expertise in historical research, translation, and international consultancy.

Serhat KUNAR studied history at FHN and the Essen Historical Institute between 1978 and 1983. From 1987 to 1989, he assisted German Professor E. Turyznski in historical surveys across Anatolia, particularly in Lycia, and served as the founding president of the Antalya Association of Tour Guides. He authored books on Antalya and its surrounding regions, including Myra, Side, Santa Claus and Demre, Lycia, Pisidia, Pamphylia, Perge, Aspendos, and other historical and archaeological sites in Turkey. His books have been translated into 12 languages, reaching an international audience. In 1997, he served as advisor and chairman of the first Turkish group to produce the documentary “Devran on the Silk Road from the God Mountains to Anatolia”, which was screened at international film festivals and on television.
