🔹 Chimney Cleaning

Natural gas chimneys should be cleaned once a year, while fuel oil and solid fuel chimneys require cleaning twice annually.
Hotel and restaurant kitchen exhaust systems must be maintained every 3 to 6 months depending on their usage intensity.

Chimneys ensure that combustion gases are safely discharged into the atmosphere. For this reason, the system must be resistant to high heat, fire, corrosion, and chemical effects.
Regular maintenance improves combustion efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and ensures fire safety and environmental protection.

🔹 Chimney Installation

Using the ALADIN-KESA 3D software, chimney systems are designed with precise measurements and airflow calculations.
This method predicts potential installation issues in advance, allowing the assembly to be completed with minimal adjustments on-site.

• Components exposed directly to smoke are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
• All external and horizontal system parts are double-walled.
• The insulation layer between walls is made of special rock wool, adjusted according to system calculations.
• For maximum durability, AISI 430 stainless steel is used as the exterior wall material.
• Joints are fixed with custom-designed clamps — silicone, mastic, screws, or rivets are strictly prohibited.

This structure prevents moisture from entering the insulation and ensures long-lasting performance and safe operation.

🔹 Project and Approval

Before installation, an on-site inspection is carried out to collect key data such as:

• Gas appliance capacity
• Chimney shaft dimensions
• Device position and distance from the shaft
• Potential horizontal obstacles

Based on these details, the system is simulated using ALADIN-KESA, and the results are presented to the natural gas distribution company for approval.
Once approved, the chimney installation is typically completed within one working day.
