Kurucum Gıda has a rich heritage that began with Eksis Industrial Drying Systems in 2007, where our founder developed advanced industrial drying machines. Over the next five years, we focused on designing, manufacturing, and selling state-of-the-art drying systems, gaining extensive experience and expertise in the field of dried foods.

In 2012, driven by the vision to turn this expertise into consumer products, Kurucum Gıda was established. Since then, the company has rapidly grown to become one of Turkey’s leading brands in dried fruits and vegetables, recognized for innovation, quality, and reliability. Today, we operate from a modern 5,000 m² production facility, combining food processing and industrial drying, continuously improving our operations and expanding our product range.
