Our Services:
• Sports Field Flooring:
We provide synthetic turf with 40-50-55 mm pile height for artificial turf fields. This granulated system reduces athlete injuries while offering flexibility. The turf is laid according to the field dimensions, cut for penalty areas and other markings, and glued with double-component polyurethane adhesive. Silicon quartz sand and SBR granules are applied and brushed to ensure even coverage.
• Wire Mesh and Lighting Systems:
Vertical Q60 posts are installed every 3 meters with anchoring materials, providing heights of 6 meters for artificial turf and 4 meters for basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. The frame is coated with anti-rust and oil-based paint, then PVC-coated wire mesh is mounted, secured with tension wires.
• Infrastructure Systems:
The existing soil layer is excavated, and foundation and reinforcement works are performed using Q8 and Q12 rebar. Surrounding perimeter walls are built with BS-20 concrete, including embedded anchoring points for mesh fencing. Options include concrete, asphalt, or gravel base systems.
