Mer An Mercedes Servisi has been providing specialized maintenance, diagnostic, and mechanical repair services for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and light commercial vehicles since March 25, 2014. Located at 2473rd Street (formerly 8th Street) No: 24/B in the Sasmaz Automotive Industrial Estate in Ankara, the workshop is engineered to meet the sophisticated technical demands of modern Mercedes-Benz models.
The service team is composed of qualified technicians who have completed official Mercedes-Benz technical training courses and continuously follow the latest engineering developments in automotive technology. To pinpoint mechanical and electronic malfunctions accurately, the facility utilizes manufacturer-approved diagnostic instruments, digital scanners, and dedicated testing equipment. This testing infrastructure enables swift and precise fault isolation, minimizing downtime while maintaining stringent service precision.
The workshop provides comprehensive services across several key areas:
• Scheduled periodic maintenance compliant with manufacturer guidelines for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
• Comprehensive computer-assisted electronic fault diagnosis and systems troubleshooting using specialized diagnostic tools
• Supply and installation of original spare parts and equipment to preserve driving safety and vehicle longevity
• Convenient pick-up and drop-off service, collecting vehicles from and delivering them back to the client’s chosen location
• 24/7 emergency roadside assistance providing on-the-spot technical intervention or towing arrangements in the event of breakdown or accident
During routine service visits, maintenance schedules defined by vehicle mileage and operating conditions are meticulously carried out. From motor oil and filtration replacements to brake checks, running gear inspections, and fluid management, each step is performed by experienced personnel. The consistent use of genuine components preserves technical integrity, protects fuel efficiency, and prevents premature mechanical fatigue across all vehicle assemblies.
To accommodate clients with demanding daily schedules, Mer An Mercedes Servisi provides a door-to-door vehicle retrieval and delivery service. Furthermore, an around-the-clock emergency assistance line operates continuously to assist motorists experiencing breakdowns or accidents on the road, dispatching technical support for roadside repair or arranging flatbed towing directly to the Sasmaz repair shop whenever comprehensive intervention is needed.
