Meva Turizm | Employee transportation and corporate transit solutions
Meva Turizm Oto. Gida Temizlik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. provides corporate transportation, fleet management, and mobility solutions tailored to enterprises, schools, and private organizations. Established through the operational leadership of Erkan Avkan and Gokhan Avkan, the company has structured its business model around planned logistics, coordinated field supervision, strict travel safety standards, and technology-driven fleet tracking.
The headquarters of the company operates from an 1,100 m² corporate facility situated in the Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone in Istanbul. To streamline mobility across both sides of the metropolis, an operational branch is maintained in Pendik on the Asian side. Fleet maintenance and mechanical reliability are sustained through its dedicated automotive repair facility, Meva Oto Servis, located in the Ikitelli Bagcilar Gungoren Industrial Estate. Beyond Istanbul, corporate transit services have been expanded across multiple Turkish provinces, including Tekirdag, Kocaeli, Izmir, Bartin, and Sivas.
Core Transportation Services
The company designs scheduled transit workflows aligned with employee shift rotations, educational timetables, and private transfer needs:
• Employee Shuttle Transportation: Tailored daily transit programs configured for corporate offices, production plants, and industrial complexes. Routes are planned using smart route optimization to preserve punctuality, avoid shift delays, and maintain cost-effective transit logistics.
• Student Transit Services: Scheduled transportation programs dedicated to primary, secondary, and higher education facilities. Safety protocols, onboard supervisory assistance, strict adherence to departure times, and sanitized vehicle interiors form the core of student logistics.
• Minibus and Van Rentals: Configurable minibus rental solutions in Istanbul intended for business meetings, corporate conventions, private excursions, and employee events requiring mid-capacity passenger vehicles.
• Bus Charter Solutions: High-capacity bus rental arrangements for corporate field trips, multi-day congresses, and intercity organizational events, serving groups of diverse sizes.
• Travel and Agency Operations: Operating under the Meva Travel division with official TURSAB travel agency licensing, the group arranges airline ticketing, hotel accommodation bookings, private transfer services, and guided tour itineraries.
Fleet Capacity and Technological Infrastructure
The operational fleet comprises modern commercial vehicles engineered for commuter comfort and road safety. As part of a major fleet expansion in 2025, the company acquired 107 brand-new passenger shuttle vehicles through an agreement with Volkswagen, substantially enhancing its wholly-owned fleet capacity. Every operational vehicle, including those operated by contracted transit partners, is unified under the Arvento telematics and vehicle tracking platform.
Daily dispatching is handled through dedicated transportation software paired with mobile applications available on Google Play and the App Store. Passengers and corporate fleet managers benefit from live GPS location tracking, vehicle proximity alerts, route adjustments, and shift schedule synchronization. These digital integrations eliminate guesswork, reduce idling time, and yield clear operational visibility.
Safety Standards and Operational Supervision
To ensure dependable service delivery, the organization maintains systematic driver training and field compliance inspections. Drivers undergo periodic road safety education, regulatory reviews, and behavior assessments. Vehicles undergo continuous mechanical monitoring through the in-house service garage, alongside daily interior hygiene procedures. With a centralized customer hotline (444 1 392), regional branches, and a coordinated field supervision team, Meva Turizm delivers structured corporate transit operations throughout Turkey.
