Throughout my career, I have worked in the pastry teams of prestigious hotels such as The Marmara Hotel, Swissotel Hotels, A’jia Hotel, and Shangri-La Bosphorus. To further improve my skills, I also continued my professional training at the Culinary Arts Academy (MSA), earning several certifications that enriched my craft and broadened my knowledge.
