Designing functional working environments requires durable equipment, ergonomic seating, and efficient spatial planning. Mujde Ofis Sistemleri Ith. Ihr. Tic. Ltd. Sti. was established in 2013 as a commercial consortium, bringing together more than thirty-five years of industry knowledge and operational expertise. Operating primarily through its registered brand MUFIMO from headquarters in Kagithane, Istanbul, the company supplies comprehensive office furniture, seating systems, and storage solutions to domestic and international clients.
Space-Oriented Office Furniture and Ergonomic Seating
Rather than offering disjointed furniture units, the company organizes its catalog around specific corporate spaces, ensuring aesthetic harmony and workplace efficiency across multiple commercial sectors:

The executive seating line includes distinctive model series such as Zeus, Venus, Vento Plus, Tetra Plus, Santa, Reflex, Oxxo, Omega, Moon Plus, Leon, Ibiza, and Gorkem Plus, all developed with ergonomic adjustability in mind.
• Open-Plan Offices: Modular bench workstation systems and multi-person desk configurations designed to optimize floor plans and support seamless team communication.
• Meeting and Conference Rooms: Large conference tables and breathable mesh-back swivel chairs designed to maintain comfort during extensive business meetings.
• Reception and Lounge Areas: Welcoming reception counters, commercial sofas, and armchairs that establish a professional corporate identity in entrance halls and waiting zones.

End-to-End Corporate Projects and Service Commitments
Mujde Ofis Sistemleri approaches office furnishing as a complete engineering and design project. The process begins with on-site measurements and spatial layout planning conducted by technical personnel. After finalizing product finishes, bespoke dimensions, and materials, the order moves to production. The company commits contractually to a dispatch time within 10 days for standard orders and provides professional on-site assembly for products requiring technical installation.
All items carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, encompassing internal adjustment mechanisms and mechanical hardware. In addition, an unconditional 14-day return period is supported for remote purchases, complemented by ready availability of replacement components for chairs and seating ensembles.
