Nilüfer Nakliyat | Residential moving and corporate logistics

Founded in 1954, Nilüfer Nakliyat has established itself as an experienced moving and transportation provider in Turkey, serving private and corporate clients across three successive generations. With over six decades of operational history, a company-owned vehicle fleet, and dedicated moving crews, the firm coordinates seamless relocations throughout Istanbul and across the country. The company’s headquarters is situated on Mümindere Avenue in the Sahrayıcedit district of Kadıköy, Istanbul, serving as the central dispatch hub for services covering both the Asian and European sides of the metropolitan area.

Nilüfer Nakliyat emphasizes meticulous handling, transport safety, and reliable customer service. To ensure smooth logistics before moving day, technical representatives provide a complimentary on-site appraisal service. This preliminary survey assesses cargo volumes, building layout, floor levels, packing specifications, and vehicle requirements, allowing the firm to formulate accurate schedules and transparent pricing.

Domestic Moving and Comprehensive Packing Solutions

Safeguarding private household furnishings requires structured logistics and sturdy protective packing. Nilüfer Nakliyat provides full-cycle residential moving services, protecting property against mechanical vibration and outdoor weather conditions at every stage of the move. The residential moving process includes several integrated steps:

• Disassembly and reassembly: Skilled carpenters dismantle modular wardrobes, dining sets, and oversized furnishings before transit, carefully putting them back together in their specified locations at the new home.
• Specialized packaging: Nilüfer Nakliyat applies high-grade protective packaging to all belongings before loading. Delicate glassware, ceramics, home appliances, and sensitive furniture finishes receive multi-layer wrapping designed for transit protection.
• Exterior elevator hoists: When moving high-rise residences or navigating properties with narrow interior stairwells, the company utilizes truck-mounted furniture elevators. Moving items through windows or balcony openings eliminates the risk of interior wall damage and accelerates loading.
• Placement and setup: After transit, household goods are carried directly into their respective rooms and arranged in accordance with client instructions.

Corporate Relocations, Workplace, and Industrial Moving

Corporate moves demand precision scheduling to prevent workflow interruptions. Nilüfer Nakliyat arranges workplace, office, and commercial trade fair moves on planned dates and shifts, including after-hours and weekend schedules. Sensitive archive folders, computing gear, server hardware, and office furniture are systematically organized, boxed, and relocated.

For large-scale commercial facilities, the company provides specialized factory and warehouse relocation services. Handled by teams trained in handling industrial equipment and inventory, Nilüfer Nakliyat has executed major factory moving projects, notably within manufacturing centers such as the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.
