Özerpan Building Systems was founded in 1987 in Kayseri, becoming the first company to install roller shutters in the Central Anatolia region. Since its establishment, the company has continuously expanded its operations to include the production and installation of building materials, while investing in technology and workforce development.

By the early 1990s, Özerpan began specializing in PVC window production, quickly establishing a strong reputation in the construction sector. In 1992, the company obtained its PVC Window Manufacturer Dealership, and in 1995, the Özerpan brand began producing double-glazed windows. Leveraging the trust and energy of its customers, in 1999, Özerpan inaugurated the largest roller shutter and shutter production facility in Kayseri and the Central Anatolia region.

Today, Özerpan is one of Winsa’s largest authorized manufacturers, producing ready-to-install PVC windows for both domestic and international markets. The company also sells products from two additional German PVC brands, offering a diverse portfolio to meet various customer needs.

Since 2009, Özerpan has been an authorized manufacturer for Trakya Cam’s Isıcam brand, producing high-quality insulated glass solutions. Our mission is to deliver superior products with high energy efficiency, backed by advanced technology and innovative production methods.
