Çaybaşı, 7108. Sk. No:14, 35880 Torbalı/İzmir, Türkiye

Located in Izmir, Tasarimdan Imalata Kalip Makina Muhendislik Imalat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti. operates as an integrated engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing partner. Bridging the path from digital concept to finished component, the company combines computer-aided engineering, additive fabrication, industrial tooling, and CNC machining within an end-to-end production workflow.

Mold Design and Industrial Tooling

The firm designs and manufactures a broad spectrum of production molds tailored to polymer, rubber, and sheet metal processing. Employing updated CAD/CAM/CAE systems, the company develops high-precision tooling across multiple configurations:

• Plastic injection molds and contract injection molding
• Aluminum injection molds and low-pressure casting molds
• Rubber injection tooling
• Blow molds and thermoforming (vacuum) molds
• Rotational molds
• Hot and cold forging dies
• Sheet metal forming, blanking, and deep-drawing dies

In addition to mold construction, contract plastic injection manufacturing services are offered to support both low-volume batches and ongoing production runs. The production lifecycle typically follows technical drafting, 3D prototype validation, precise die sinking and CNC milling, trial runs, coordinate measurement inspection reports, and final delivery.

3D Printing and Rapid Prototyping Capabilities

To compress development cycles for engineers and inventors, Tasarimdan Imalata maintains an industrial 3D printing setup capable of processing engineering thermoplastics including ABS, nylon, polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and PLA. The build platform supports single-piece printing up to 300 mm x 200 mm x 440 mm, with the capability to partition and assemble larger structural assemblies. Print resolutions can be configured from 5 microns up to 300 microns based on functional requirements.

Additive manufacturing workflows address functional prototyping, robotic housings, architectural replicas, medical immobilization aids, jigs, checking fixtures, and pre-series validation parts. CAD data can be ingested in multiple neutral and native formats such as STL, STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, DWG, and IPT. For existing physical parts lacking blueprints, industrial optical and laser 3D scanning is utilized to create digital models for reverse engineering.

Machining, Technical Analysis, and Industrial Training

Tasarimdan Imalata delivers contract CNC machining services for custom metal and plastic components alongside comprehensive engineering documentation, manufacturing drawings, process optimization, and CAD/CAM software licensing. Beyond fabrication, the company conducts specialized industrial training programs encompassing CNC G-code programming, SolidCAM workflows, plastic injection mold design, additive manufacturing techniques, and advanced engineering data analysis.
