UTR Evden Eve Nakliyat | Moving and Storage Services
Founded in 1990, UTR Evden Eve Nakliyat provides professional residential moving, commercial relocation, and secure storage solutions across Turkey, with operational bases in Kocaeli and Istanbul, including Darıca and Gebze. Holding the official K3 road transport authorization certificate alongside ISO 9001 quality management certification, the company conducts comprehensive freight and moving operations in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Understanding that successful relocations require structured preparation and skilled handling, the company conducts weekly training sessions for its moving teams. Each project typically begins with a complimentary on-site appraisal service. A professional estimator assesses the volume and nature of the goods, evaluates building access and staircase architecture, and determines whether mobile ladder hoist systems or conventional carrying methods are ideal. A detailed service agreement is drawn up alongside transport insurance coverage prior to the moving day, ensuring full liability protection and fixed-price transparency without hidden costs.
Core services offered by the company encompass:
• Domestic household moving
• Intercity freight and residential relocations
• Local city moving
• Exterior elevator hoist relocation
• Secure household goods storage
• Office and corporate relocation
• Commercial archive and office storage
• Villa and luxury estate moving
• Partial goods and small-scale transport
• International household moving
Within the standard moving process, while clients may arrange personal knick-knacks and fragile items, large furniture pieces, home appliances, and bulky goods are disassembled, wrapped with specialized cushioning materials, and handled directly by the crew. At the delivery destination, items are reassembled and positioned according to client instructions. To tackle multi-storey apartment buildings efficiently, the company utilizes vehicle-mounted furniture elevators, avoiding stairwell friction, interior wall scratches, and accidental breakage.
For long-distance intercity transportation, UTR Evden Eve Nakliyat relies exclusively on its own dedicated vehicle fleet, eliminating intermediary garage transfers or unapproved third-party subcontracting. Long-haul assignments are carried out under dedicated cargo insurance policies. Covering crucial transit and residential hubs including Çayırova, Tuzla, Kartal, Maltepe, Beşiktaş, Bahçelievler, and Avcılar, the company also coordinates cross-border residential moving assignments, including relocations from Turkey to Germany.
In addition to transport services, the business operates dedicated company-owned storage warehouses designed for seasonal surplus, furniture safeguarding during home renovations, or urban renewal transitional periods. The storage units offer clean, dry, and monitored spaces for household furniture as well as corporate paperwork and trade fixtures. Supported by continuous 24/7 customer assistance channels, UTR Evden Eve Nakliyat delivers reliable domestic and international moving assistance tailored to contemporary logistics demands.
