Experts agree that walking is one of the most effective ways to relieve stress because endorphins released during walking help relax the body. Additionally, exercise lowers the levels of cortisol, a hormone produced by the adrenal glands under stress, which can be harmful to the body.

The saying “Laughter is the best medicine” reflects the universal belief in the stress-relieving power of laughter. Research shows that watching funny videos reduces stress hormones and increases happiness hormones.

Keep a Journal
