    What is DTF Transfers?

DTF (Direct to Film) transfers is a textile printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure.

    How does it work?
    – The design is printed onto a PET film using special DTF inks
    – A powder adhesive is applied to the printed design
    – The film is cured (heated) to activate the adhesive
    – The design is transferred onto fabric using a heat press
    – The film is peeled off, leaving the design on the fabric

    Where is it used?
    – T-shirt printing
    – Hoodies and sweatshirts
    – Workwear and uniforms
    – Tote bags and textiles
    – Custom merchandise production

    Advantages:
    – Works on many fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends)
    – No need for pre-treatment (unlike DTG)
    – Durable and flexible prints
    – Vibrant colors and high detail
    – Suitable for small and large production

    Differences from other methods:
    – Compared to screen printing: faster setup, better for small batches
    – Compared to DTG: more versatile on different fabrics
    – Compared to vinyl: more detailed and complex designs possible

    In short:
DTF transfers is a modern printing technique where designs are printed on film and then heat-transferred onto fabric, offering flexibility, durability, and high-quality results.
